Thank you for purchasing our solar light-adjusting lamp controller. Please read these instructions before using, and keep for future reference.
Our controllers are designated according to the following convention. Please give clear indication before placing orders so that we can provide you products promptly and accurately.

1. Functions and features
Solar light-adjusting lamp controller is controlled by micro-CPU, which can apperceive light of outside intelligently.
It automatically turn on when dark and off when reached adjusted time or in the morning, then automatically turn off the lights in half an hour, in which the full
power light can be set. Our controller is also in charge of battery SOC,it can automatically turn off the light when voltage is low to protect the battery. It switches
into the condition of float-charge controlled by PWM automatically if the batteries are full with electricity. It will cut off charging circuit in order to protect batteries from discharging through
solar panel at dark. Moreover, the controller has a perfect protection circuit to prevent itself from being damaged accidently.
2. Connection
1) The controller must be connected to linear loads such as LED lamps, light bulbs, etc.
2) The terminal must be against oxidation and mould, to make sure the connection is in good condition.
3) While installing the system, the controller must be connected to the battery before connecting to the loads and solar panel.
4) Please reference the below technical parameter to choose the right wire size according to the current.
5) Check the negative and positive terminal to make sure you made the right connection.
6) Wait 3 minutes after the connection, to make sure the solar controller has finished the program entry before operation.
7) If the battery does not fully charge on a sunny day, increase the size of the solar panel or change the battery.
8) Please make necessary protection from the water, wet, insect for this solar controller when use it open-air. To make sure the wire connection inside is in good condition.
9)Don’t use power from the illumination of light for the solar panel. (The power of the light is too low to charge the battery.)
10) Don’t use other DC source instead of the solar panel to charge the battery. it will damage the solar controller.
3. Indicator light
The controller has a three colors battery power indicator LED light, a green load indicator LED light, and a red charging indicator LED light. The red indicator LED
light (CHARGE) will light when the batteries are being charged through the solar panel. The green LOAD LED will light when the load is turned on. The LOAD indicator also
helps with testing and setup. The three color battery power indicator light will be red if the battery voltage is low, orange during normal working range and green for a fully
charged battery.

4. Button
The controller has a RESET button, which is used to check and set working parameters:
1) Press the button for less than 2 seconds to check it;
2) To set working parameters, press the RESET button for several seconds until the mode of time-setting or light-adjusting appears.
5. Inquiry and Setup
Inquiry : Press the “RESET” button, meanwhile observe “LIGHT” indicate light works. The controller is in a light-adjusting condition when the light sparkles within 2 seconds. The light to sparkle slowly each time suggests that controller will work for 30 minutes, and could do so
for 20 times at most, which is on behalf of 10 hours’ working.
Setup : Press the “RESET” button for a while, and the “LIGHT”indicate LED light will sparkle 2 seconds later, which is on behalf of 30 minutes’ working. That is,
you’ve fixed the time of strong light for 30 minutes, and then release it once you have the time fixed. The light will sparkle fast after sparkling slowly 20 times,
which means the controller is in a light-adjusting condition.
6. Time-fixed mode
Light control + time control : The time of strong light can be fixed between 0.5 and 10 hours.
For example: you can set strong light for 6 hours(full power), then the system will automatically change the light to half strength(1/2 power) till morning, then automatically change to 30 minutes morning light(1/4 power), at last will turn off lights.

Note : The parameters in above form are established provided the whole batteries’ voltage is in the ambient temperature 25℃. This controller will adjust a variety
of parameters according to the ambient temperature’s difference!
6.Trouble shooting
1) Phenomenon:Green light goes out, the red indicator LED light (CHARGE) light.
Reason:Low voltage of battery
Solution:A. Cut off the load, and reconnect the load after the battery recharged.
B. If there is trouble with the battery charging, increase solar panel’s power or change battery.
2) Phenomenon :The three colors battery power indicator light is orange and the LOAD LED light is green. But the load stops working.
Reason:Overload or short-circuit happen, the fuse inside disconnected automatically.
Solution: Remove all the reasons which may result in the Overload or short-circuit, 10-20 minutes later, the fuse inside will reconnect automatically, the load will recover
to work.
